  • Yes, some of our rentals can be picked up. If a rental must be delivered it is noted in the item description on the initial proposal. All Pick Up orders require a $200 rental minimum excluding taxes and other fees. Pick Up orders incur a 15% Inventory Protection Fee. Pick Up orders are to be picked up on a Thursday and returned on a Monday per designated time frame. All rentals must be transported in an enclosed vehicle, trailer or van, no exceptions!

  • We currently service surrounding areas including Kerr County, Gillespie County, Blanco County, Hays County, Comal County, Kendall County, Bexar County, Real County, Mason County

  • The standard fee for this service is based on the amount and volume of items rented and distances traveled per round trip. Delivery routes are based on Google Maps. If you require delivery within a specific time frame, an additional "timed delivery" fee will apply. Our delivery service consists of delivering your rentals to a nearby ground level site, outside the rear of our vehicle. Any deliveries involving stairs, elevators or pathways with large obstacles that could prevent easy access to the drop-off locations or excessive distance (further then 50 feet) from our vehicle will be billed at the rate of $75 an hour per team member, at the discretion of the delivery driver. Deliveries with excessive distances or deliveries with set-up can be arranged but need to be scheduled in advance, not at the time of delivery.

  • $500 rental minimum to deliver within 35 miles of our showroom.

    $1000 minimum to deliver within 65 miles of our showroom

  • In addition to your Rental Price, we will also charge the required Sales Taxes and Inventory Protection Fee. The Inventory Protection Fee runs 5-8% in addition to your Rental costs. This charge varies depending on the items that are rented.

    All payments made via the HoneyBook system will also incur a 3% processing fee. This fee may be waived by paying via Venmo.

  • Inventory Protection is based on the items rented and covers light cleaning or scratches that may occur during your event. If additional damage occurs (tears, rips, cuts, burns, stains, broken or destroyed Items) the credit card on file will be charged to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

  • We require the final balance to be paid 30 days before your event.

  • Yes! We understand that your guest count changes and there are many moving parts in your event. Orders can be reduced by 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL portion of your Order. If you need to reduce your order more then 10% a Restocking Fee of 5% of the TOTAL INVOICE will be applied to your final payment. This is due to the potential loss of business, when we secure your rentals we take them out of our inventory and therefore are not able to rent them out to other clients. All final changes are due 30 days prior to your event, at the same time your final balance is due. You can add or edit items on your order, although they must be of equal or greater value as your original booked order. All changes must be submitted via the HoneyBook client portal.

  • All items that are booked will remain and we will try our best to still use them with your rain plan (we do not offer refunds for any items that cannot be used or set up due to rain or wind). For all orders that have events outdoors, we suggest that your have a rain/wind plan. We will work closely with your wedding coordinator on the day of to confirm placement of items within your rain/wind plan.

  • When items are returned or picked up, we will check the items and get in contact with you if there are any signs of misuse, damage or loss within 5 days. We try to repair as much as we can in-house, but we may need to send it out to be repaired, professionally cleaned or reupholstered, or we may need to replace the item completely. The fee is based on the cost of fabric, service fee, replacement cost and how long the item is out of stock and if it is rented to another client within that time. We will use the card on file after we have reached out to communicate the fee with you.

  • We are always working to expand our collections and would love to help you find a specific piece! If you’re looking for something we don’t have, but would love to have it in our inventory… just let us know! We can usually find something that you are happy with and we are confident in adding to our inventory, however, we need an appropriate amount of time to locate the options. If you are looking for something specific, but do not see it, please notify us immediately so we can determine if this is something we are able to accommodate or not.
